What Our Roofing Services Cover
Our roofing services cover residential roofing and commercial roofing, from ridge cap to drip edge. Each project starts with an inspection of roof pitch, flashing condition, and deck moisture.
- Roof replacement, where we complete a full tear-off to the sheathing instead of a recover or overlay over tired shingles.
- Roof repair, where we mend isolated damage and reseal pipe boots, step flashing, and valley metal.
- Storm damage repair after spring hail, with documentation of bruised shingle mats and wind uplift for your claim.
- Emergency roof repair and roof inspection, including tarping when water begins to seep through a ceiling.
- Metal roofing and shingle roofing, set on self-adhered underlayment and fastened with ring-shank nails in staggered courses.
- Gutter installation, skylight installation, and reflective roof coating for low-slope buildings.
- Commercial roofing on flat roofs, where ponding water and membrane seams get the closest look.

Estimates and Pricing
Every estimate is a line-item estimate, so you see what each part of the roof costs instead of one lump number. Estimates are free.

We do not start until you approve the written scope. If the tear-off reveals something the estimate could not predict, we stop, photograph it, and price it first.

Workmanship Warranty
Installation is covered by a written workmanship warranty, and manufacturer coverage on shingles or panels is registered in your name where allowed.
- Workmanship coverage on fastening, starter course, field course, ridge cap, and every flashing we install.
- Manufacturer coverage for defects in the shingle or panel, kept separate from our labor warranty.
- Exclusions for hail, wind, foot traffic, and repairs performed by another contractor.
Warranty calls get scheduled like any other roofing services request. We inspect, then reseal or refit what our workmanship is responsible for, and we will not stretch coverage to hail damage or age.
Customer testimonials we publish come from completed Dallas County projects, and we only post them with permission.
Payment Terms and Deposits
Payment follows milestones on your roof rather than a calendar. A deposit to order material holds your spot on the schedule.
- A deposit at scheduling, applied to your final balance.
- A progress payment after tear-off and dry-in, when the roof is watertight for the night.
- The final balance after a walkthrough, a magnet sweep of the yard, and your written approval.
On insurance-funded work, we bill the carrier against the approved insurance scope and collect your deductible as your policy requires. Prices do not change without a signed change order.
Cancellation, Weather Delays, and Rescheduling
You may cancel before we order material at no cost. Once shingles or panels are staged, restocking charges may apply, and we show you those numbers.
- Spring hail storms, which delay start dates while we tarp and document active leaks.
- Intense summer heat and UV exposure, which shorten workdays on steep west-facing roofs.
- High winds from occasional tornadoes, which pause tear-off so loose material never becomes a projectile.
Ice dam removal rarely comes up in Dallas, and steam ice is rarer still, but water that wicks behind flashing after a freeze still causes rot. Delays get a phone call, not silence.
Liability Limitations and Existing Conditions
We are a licensed & insured Dallas roofing company, and we carry coverage for the work we perform. Liability is limited to the contract amount except where Texas law provides otherwise.
A tear-off can reveal rot, decay, sagging decking, settled framing, or granule loss from end-of-life wear, plus an overlay that was never permitted.
- We are not responsible for water that entered before our start date and already eroded the sheathing or peeled the underlayment.
- We do not cover personal property stored in an attic or garage during construction.
- Insurance claim assistance means we document and meet the adjuster; your carrier decides coverage.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Texas law, and any dispute will be handled in Dallas County. We would rather fix a complaint than litigate one, because customer satisfaction matters more than winning the point.
If you are unhappy with roof repair or roof replacement work, call 214-286-5623 and ask for a return visit. We compare the concern to the written scope and answer in writing.
If that does not resolve it, both sides agree to mediation in Dallas County before filing suit. If one clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
