Spring hail came through Lakewood and bruised the shingles on our south slope. Dallas Roof Master met the adjuster on the roof, walked the insurance scope line by line, and filed a supplemental claim for the decking the first pass missed.

They ran a full tear-off, used self-adhered underlayment in the valleys, and had the roof dried in the same day.

Our Preston Hollow roof was at end-of-life wear. Granule loss was heavy in the gutters and the ridge cap had started to curl after years of summer UV exposure off US-75.

They laid out staggered courses, back-nailed the field course, and reset the step flashing where it met the sidewall. No upsell, just a line-item estimate we could follow.

They resealed the pipe boot, refit the drip edge, and showed us photos of the decking before they closed it back up. The stain has not come back.
